Bheem a nine-year-old boy, who is a brave, strong, intelligent, adventurous and fun loving. Bheem loves food especially Ladoos and bananas. He becomes stronger than his usual self when he eats his favorites, Ladoos. Even though only a kid, Bheem is stronger than most men. Bheem is always there to help the poor and needy
Chutki is a Seven-year-old girl, who is simple , graceful and intelligent . She is Bheem's closest friend, and loves to accompany Bheem in his adventures and to help Bheem in good deeds that he does. Chutki loves playing with the boys but also is very feminine keeps herself busy with all sorts of art and household chores. She has very soft spot for Bheem and therefore, is always luring him to her with delicacies. She even helps him steal 'ladoo's from her mother's sweet shop. Since they always terrorize her, Chutki's gigantic , Tyrannical mother. Tuntun cannot stand Bheem and Jaggu. Everybody loves this little girl for her generous, sweet and happy nature.
Raju is a cute, small, four-year-old, who totally looks up to Bheem and considers him to be his ideal hero, He follows Bheem everywhere and loves wrestling with him. Raju's rivals are the fumbling Dholu and Bholu, who like picking on him. Raju is extremely brave and tough for his age ( like Arjuna ) and is one of the very few children who are not afraid of kalia of kalia pahelwan. Raju's father is a soldier in the king's army and Raju dreams of becoming the commander of the king's army some day. He loves playing war games, especially the game where Bheme is the 'raju' and he, the 'senapathi'.
Kalia or Kalia pehalwan, is a ten years old boy. He is bulky, and strong. His character is based on the legendary Duryodhan and hence he is wicked by nature. He is slightly bigger than Bheem and dislikes him. Since he is jealous of Bheem's popularity and strength, kaalia always tries to make Bheem look bad and to land him in trouble. He picks on children younger and weaker then him to prove he is strong. All the children fear him because of his mean ways and huge body which, kalia used to his advantage.
Jaggu is Bheem's pet monkey and friend. Jaggu is a talking monkey and is of great help to Bheem whenever they are in the Jungle. He is always supporting of Bheem and always accompanies him in his adventures and deeds. Jaggu is a clever, tricky little monkey who has great sense of humour. Jaggu and Bheem are always having fun, be it in exploring forests or in helping out people with their chores. Jaggu teachers Bheem a lot of his crazy activities, all the children adore Jaggu because he always entertains and makes them laugh.
Dholu and Bholu are the cowardly followers of kalia pahelwan. They are identical twin brothers who dress and behave alike. They are slightly arrogant because of the effect kalia has on them. They pick on younger children, like Raju, but fear Bheem very much. Even though they are lazy and like to avoid chores, kalia orders them to do this share of work too. Dholu and Bholu are extremely dumb and keep getting into awfully silly situations.
