Bheem and friends experience the same nightmare and to their greater shock find that the whole village has had nightmares. Bhoomi informs them that Mahashaitaan, with the help of a magical chronicle called the Pretpuraan,has unlocked the ghost kingdom of Swapnkund and attacked its ruler, Sapanpret. Shaitaan now controls dreams and the minions of Sapanpret called Bhaybhoot who are behind the nightmares. Bhaybhoot attack Dholakpur and start turning people’s deepest fears true. Bhoomi helps create a barrier that keeps the Bhaybhoot at bay temporarily. While, Bheem and friends set out to try and stop Shaitaan before he completely absorbs Sapanpret. As per Bhoomi’s advice, the kids come across magical challenges which when solved grant special Mandala powers. Raju gains the mandala power of being able to sniff out ghosts and Jaggu gets the power to hear ghosts’ thoughts. As the kids reach Swapnkund, Shaitaan absorbs Sapanpret and gains ghostly powers. A determined Bheem still fights Shaitaan, but then the latter realizes Jaggu’s powers and takes him hostage. Bheem and friends manage to fight off the Bhaybhoot but watch in dismay as Shaitaan heads off with Jaggu under his control, to Vetaalvan, the next Pretnagri.

Shaitaan has succeeded in absorbing Sapanpret’s powers entirely and also captured Jaggu to use his powers to locate the next two Pretnagris quicker. Bheem and friends race to get to Vetaalvan, the second pret nagri before Shaitaan reaches it. On the way, Chutki solves a mantramandal and gains the Drishti mandala shakti. Shaitan sends his spirit version who creates a cursed shack trap to stop Bheem and his friends but in the nick of time, they are helped by Ashvadoot, a friendly ghost. Ashvadoot guides them on and soon Kaalia acquires the Sparsh mandala shakti and the twins earn the Swaad Mandala shakti. Shaitaan reaches Vetaalvan and breaks open the lock that confines it but Bahuroopi proves to be a trickster who evades Shaitaan and heads out with his vetaals. Bheem and friends reach the borders of Vetaalvan & try to reason, but Bahuroopi attacks. Bheem & friends fight with their combined Mandala powers & manage to incapacitate Bahuroopi temporarily. Unfortunately, that’s when Shaitaan appears and seizing the opportunity absorbs Bahuroopi and his power. When Bheem tries to stop him, the enslaved Jaggu comes in between, and a smug Shaitaan heads off to the third Pretnagri.

Bheem and friends realize that time is running out and on Bhoomi’s instructions head to the third PretNagri called Garalgufa. But unbeknownst to them, Mahashaitaan has a lead and has managed to unlock it. Bheem and his team pass through the boggling echoing valley where they encounter freed vicious Pishachinis and much to their surprise a trapped Jaggu. Jaggu claims to know a short cut to Shaachini, the third Kroorpret’s hidden source of power. Bheem and friends believe him only to realize that it is all a trap set by the cunning Shaachini herself who has struck a deal with Shaitaan. However, the deal goes sour and Shaachini moves to snatch Shaitaan’s pretshakti. But tables turn and Shaitaan succeeds in finally making the ultimate Kroorshakti his own. Bheem, the never-say-die hero rises to the fore and leads his friends in a never-before-seen battle to oust Shaitaan utilizing the unique mandala powers as actual weapons and soon peace is restored, not just to Dholakpur but the entire universe.
