MahaShaitaan steals Bheem and friends chakraveer powers and leaves with the threat of bringing darkness into the world again. Bheem and friends find Dhooni Baba gone and call out to Kanha for guidance. Kanha informs them that MahaShaitaan is planning to bring the dark dimension of dhundh into the world and bring an end to all things good. The last time he tried, Kanha had blown the panchajanya shankh and raised a wall trapping dhundh lok into one part away from the world. The shankh is placed in the wall. Kanha tells Bheem and friends to find the Ekaat tribe who know where the shankh is located and protect the shankh. Bheem and friends find the Ekaat tribe and become friends with the tribal boy Rivan. But the leader, Raghuraj, is hesitant to tell Bheem where the shankh is placed. MahaShaitaan fails to remove the conch by all means so he creates four danavs from the chakra powers and sends them to Ekaat tribe to get someone who can remove the conch and to destroy Bheem. Bheem and friends fight the danavs but they manage to capture Rivaan and leave. Bheem is determined to get his friend back.

Shaitaan commands the danavs to get Bheem to enter the dark dimension. Bheem and friends enter the dangerous dimension to save Rivaan. Bheem asks Kanha for guidance and Kanha assures them as long as there is goodness in their hearts, they can fight the bad effects of the dark dimension. Shaitaan finds out Rivaan nor the Ekaat people know how to remove the conch. He turns Rivaan into a monster to lure Bheem near the conch. Monster Rivaan escapes and finds Bheem and friends and after some difficulty manages to make them realize its him. Shaitaan has understood that only Bheem can remove the conch. He transforms Raju and Jaggu into monsters too and now the monster kids cannot leave the dark dimension. So, Bheem and friends have to head to Shaitaan to turn them back to normal. They find the feral Ekaat people but also come face to face with Shaitaan. Bheem gets Rivaan to get the feral Ekaat people to follow him. But Shaitaan forces Bheem to remove the conch by holding his friends’ hostage. The conch is removed and Shaitaan spreads the dark dimension into the world heralding doom for everyone.

The dark dimension spreads all over the world. Bheem and friends along with the Ekaat tribe take shelter in a sacred cave made by Kanha. Dhooni Baba does Tapasya for a compass that Bheem uses to find the panchajanya conch. MahaShaitaan tries to destroy the conch but when he fails, he hides it. He sends his danavs after Bheem and friends and makes them lose the compass. Bheem finds the conch on a mountain but the danavs place obstacles in their way to deter them. Bheem and friends manage to get their hands on the conch but it turns out to be a trap set by MahaShaitaan. Bheem and friends’ goodness reveals the conch to be embedded in MahaShaitaan’s chest. MahaShaitaan now tries to corrupt the conch. But Bheem breaks free from the trap and protects the conch and finally blows it. The dark dimension recedes and Bheem and friends get their chakraveer powers back. But Kanha tells them, they will have to give up their powers in order to fully defeat MahaShaitaan. Bheem and friends willingly give up their powers and finally send MahaShaitaan and the dark dimension back and save the world.
