Shaitaan is on the hunt for the fourth and the last Chakra so he makes a deal with Hidambak, Kaifu and Zuhu and makes an elaborate plan to steal air-chakra form the Air-monastery before its “ansh” gets attached to the fourth hero. Shaitaan helps Kaifu to escape from a Shaolin prison which alerts the head monk of the air-monastery, Master Devantra. He send his favourite student Ming to find the fourth hero or pawan putra, using a locket that is like a compass and will only open once the pawan putra will connect with his element, pawan or air. When Ming comes across CB and gang the locket glows but doesn’t open so all of them become probable candidates of becoming PP. They all start their journey to the Air monastery. Shaitaan sends Kaifu to steal the locket and give it to Zuhu as he was the former student of Master Devantra and was a strong candidate to become PP before he was banished. Kaifu wants to keep the locket for himself and take revenge form Bheem. Bheem takes down Kaifu but the locket is stolen and reaches Shaitaan.

Shaitaan sends Hidambak to get Zuhu. Zuhu, as a former student of Master Devantra know the position of the Vayu Math and Visham Parvat. Shaitaan’s plan is to get Zuhu to go there before PawanPutra can connect with his element. Meanwhile Bheem and gang set out to reach China where Princess Kia can help them connect with a dragon who can take them to Visham Parvat and Vayu Math. But Shaitaan sends Hidambak to China with an army of stone-soldiers to stop Bheem from getting to Visham Parvat so that Zuhu can get there first.

After realizing that he is not the chosen one to become Pawan Putra, a furious Zuhu kills Master Devantra before Bheem and team could do anything, however, before breathing his last, Master Devantra hands the locket over to Bheem that he had snatched during the fight. Bheem has to protect himself and his friends as one of them is supposed to be Pavan Putra. Master Mooji teaches the kids the rest of the techniques of Kung Fu after the demise of Master Devantra. Finally, when Shaitan learns that Zuhu has lost both the locket and the possibility to become Pawan Putra, he gives Zuhu powers of two more Chakras to fight the three Chakra Veers and get the Vayu Chakra before the Pavan Putra connects to it. Zuhu creates his own army by reviving Hidimbak and Kaifu, but cannot stop Jaggu, who turns out to be the real Pavan Putra, from connecting to the Vayu Chakra. The bigger challenge now for Bheem and team is to stop Zuhu from seizing the Vayu Chakra, as he is much more dangerous with the new Chakra powers.
